Bernard Vetter [B:1940,USA] graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and a professional artist since 1972. He uses a dry brush technique to paint realistic watercolours of Southwestern and wildlife/sporting subjects, including fly-fishing scenes.

Vetter’s paintings are in collections including the Favell Museum in Klamath Falls, Oregon; the Pabst Collection in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and the Miller Collection in Ft. Worth, Texas as well as many private collections. In 1994 his work became part of the acquisition of the Huthsteiner Fine Arts Trust.
